Tonoyan undertook to occupy Lachin

Arriving in the occupied Karabakh region of Azerbaijan, Armenian Defense Minister David Tonoyan will personally monitor the fighting to prevent Lachin from falling under the control of Azerbaijan.

Axar.az reports that the claim was made by Russian military expert Igor Korotchenko.

"Currently, the transfer of the leadership of the Armenian Defense Ministry to Karabakh is carried out in complete silence, with switched off telephones and communications, so as not to allow the Azerbaijani radio-electronic intelligence units to determine their location," he said.
