Hovhannisyan confirmed Armenian soldiers fled Karabakh

Armenia has officially acknowledged the lack of personnel.

Axar.az reports that speaking to journalists yesterday, Armenian Defense Ministry spokesman Artsrun Hovhannisyan said that Armenia is currently actively training volunteers.

Hovhannisyan also confirmed the information about the escape of Armenian soldiers from the front:

"It is important to support the front line. Even if a soldier does not stand there and fight, it means protecting that front line. If they know that you are standing there, they may not attack, but if you retreat, the front line is lost."
