SOCAR set to sell stake in Turkey’s Petkim

The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) is set to sell its 5.32% stake (79.8 million liras) in the Turkish oil and chemical complex Petkim, Bloomberg reported.

SOCAR’s Turkish subsidiary has already appealed to the Central Registry Agency in this regard.


SOCAR Turkey Energy reduced its stake in Petkim from 8.07% to 5.32% in March this year.
