The Turkish stock market was the most profitable market in the world in 2022.

Axar.az reports that this was reported by "Bloomberg".

It was emphasized that the "Borsa Istanbul 100" index increased by 150% in lira terms and 80% in dollar terms this year. This is the best result since 1999:

"Turkish stocks are the best performers globally this year."

It is noted that this situation is related to the monetary policy of the Turkish authorities, which lowers the rate of refinancing of securities, as well as high inflation rates, unlike many other countries.
