Putin threatened Western countries

Russia is considering reducing oil production as one of the measures to respond to the decision of Western countries to impose a price ceiling.

Axar.az reports that Russian President Vladimir Putin said this in his statement to journalists.

"As for our reaction, I have already said: we simply will not sell to countries that make such decisions. I am not saying now that this is a decision, if necessary, we will think about the possibility of reducing production. We have an agreement with OPEC+ on a known production target. If necessary, we will think of additional things. I mean Russia," Putin said.

According to him, Russia is currently considering the response options, the final response option will be determined in the presidential decree in the near future.
