World Bank: Global economic growth will slow

It predicts a slowdown in global economic growth in 2023-2024.

Axar.az reports that this opinion was expressed by the president of the World Bank, David Malpass.

According to him, it is difficult to expect a strong recovery of the global economy in the next two years:

"We are talking about a prolonged slowdown. It will not cover a certain period as we are used to in the past. This is due to the continuation of high inflation and the lack of new investments."
