Russia's economy will feel war's toll next year

Russia will feel the consequences of the war against Ukraine, as it is fighting at its own expense and suffering heavy losses.

Axar.az reports that Lieutenant General Kyrylo Budanov, head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense, made this statement.

"Russia has not brought its economy into a wartime state without pain; they managed to do it, but if the war drags on, the outcome regarding resources will always be negative," Budanov emphasized.

According to him, next year, Russia’s economy will feel these consequences.
