Azerbaijan will export “Yalguzag” sniper rifle to abroad.

Axar.az reports referring to the press service of the Ministry of Defense Industry.

The director of the Ministry of Defense Industry of the "East" Production Association Ilgar Nazarov proclaimed the information.

Ilgar Nazarov noted that, an agreement signed with a country on the export of sniper rifles. The country's name was not disclosed.

Beside export, the first orders were taken from the Border Troops

Yalguzag sniper rifle is a bolt-action sniper rifle that fires the 7.62×51mm NATO round used by the Azerbaijani Land Forces. Development of the weapon started in 2011 to 2012.
