Turkish climber Erkan Yucel waved the state flags of Azerbaijan and Turkey on the top of Mount Agri. The climber covered 5,137 meters leading to the summit of Pain in 5 days.

Axar.az reports that, commenting on the next sporting victory, climber Erkan Yucel said:

"I have always tried to dedicate my sports achievements to the Azerbaijani-Turkish brotherhood. My goal in conquering the summit of Mount Agri was, on the one hand, to show my moral support to Azerbaijan in the Karabakh conflict, and, on the other hand, to demonstrate a position against Armenia's baseless claims against Turkey."

It should be noted that the climber Erkan Yucel is a member of the AKUD Sports Society.
