Araik Arutyunyan, the leader of the Armenian separatists trying to operate in the zone of temporary responsibility of the Russian peacekeepers of the Karabakh economic region of Azerbaijan, held a "meeting".

The meeting was attended by the "power structures", including the "Secretary of the Republic of Tajikistan" Vitaly Balasanyan, and the situation regarding the Lachin road was discussed.

The absence of Ruben Vardanya, who escaped from Russia and took refuge in Karabakh and tried to protect his wealth from sanctions and legalize the funds he stole from Russia through illegal business, was not present at the meeting.

It should be noted that Ruben Vardanyan is the "state minister" of the separatists, he is the "second" person and is allegedly responsible for the "power structures". So, why is Vardanyan not at this meeting?

The point is that the Armenian media has repeatedly reported that there is a serious conflict between Vardanyan and Araik, and even Balasanyan. According to allegations, Vardanyan even demanded "either me or Balasanyan".
