Leyla Abdullayeva met with Macron

Leyla Abdullayeva, Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of France, presented her credentials to the President of this country, Emmanuel Macron.

Axar.az reports that the President of France congratulated the ambassador on his new appointment and wished him success in his work. Stating that France is a friendly country to Azerbaijan, E. Macron said that the establishment of peace in the region is also in the interest of official Paris.

Ambassador Leyla Abdullayeva said that Azerbaijan is the most interested country in establishing peace in the region and promotes the peace agenda. He touched on the importance of supporting this agenda.

At the meeting, views were exchanged on the relations between Azerbaijan and France and the regional situation.
