Ilham Aliyev: Azerbaijan is key for East and West

We have many advantages: geography, close ties with neighbors both in the West and in the East, surplus electricity, trained personnel, and many other advantages. That is why today, Azerbaijan is a country needed both in the East and in the West.

Axar.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev voiced these thoughts in an interview with Azerbaijani TV channels in Munich.

The head of state noted:

“Considering that Azerbaijan ensures its security and sovereignty with its own strength, of course, the international prestige of our country has increased even more.”
