A humanitarian centre is being established in Khankendi

The Russian Defense Ministry has started to establish an Interdepartmental Humanitarian Intervention Center in Khankendi.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the National Defense Management Center of the Russian Federation.

According to the report, the operational group of the centre, which is already being formed for this purpose, has been deployed in Khankendi as part of the peacekeeping contingent of the Russian Federation.
