The new composition of the French government has been confirmed and announced after several weeks of intense consultations. The list of ministers was revealed by Alexis Kohler, head of the French Presidential Administration.
Axar.az reports that Jan-Noel Barrot, from the Democratic Movement Party, has been appointed as the new Minister of Foreign Affairs, replacing Stefan Séjourné, who has been appointed Vice President of the European Commission.
Sebastien Lecornu retains his position as Minister of Armed Forces in the new government. Didier Migot has been appointed as Minister of Justice, and Bruno Retailleau is the new Minister of the Interior.
The government also includes two ministers of Armenian descent: Astrid Panosyan-Buvet, who is the Minister of Labor and Employment, and Giyom Kasparyan, who has been appointed Minister for Public Service, Simplification of State Activities, and Transformation.
