The official visit of the Speaker of the Milli Majlis, Sahiba Gafarova, to the United Arab Emirates continues. As part of the visit, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the parties after a meeting held at the Federal National Council of this country on May 6.

Axar.az reports that the Press and Public Relations Department of the Parliament informed that the Memorandum of Understanding between the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Federal National Council of the United Arab Emirates was signed by the Speakers of the Parliaments of the two countries, Sahiba Gafarova and Saqr Ghobash.

It was noted that this document will allow for further strengthening of joint work between the parties, coordination and exchange of parliamentary experience, and will serve to further expand cooperation.
