Since the escalation of the Iran-Israel conflict, 187 Kazakh citizens have been evacuated from Iran, 22 of whom left the country via Azerbaijan.

Axar.az reports that it was informed about this by the Kazakh Foreign Ministry.

"Kazakhstan continues to evacuate its citizens from Israel and Iran. As part of coordinated measures, 187 Kazakh citizens have been evacuated from Iran so far. In addition, 22 Kazakhs were evacuated via the territory of Azerbaijan, including two today," the agency specified.

66 Kazakhs were evacuated from Israel via Egypt.

"Kazakh diplomats in Iran and Israel continue to work to provide their citizens with the necessary consular and legal assistance," the agency added.

The Foreign Ministry once again thanked its colleagues in Azerbaijan, Iran, and other countries for their assistance in the evacuation of Kazakh citizens.
