Turkiye’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan visited the 17th International Defence Industry Fair (“IDEF 2025”) held in Istanbul.

Axar.az reports that at the Istanbul Expo Center where the event took place, Hakan Fidan, along with Azerbaijan’s Minister of Defense Industry Vugar Mustafayev, toured the pavilion representing Azerbaijan and became familiar with it in detail.

Afterward, Minister Hakan Fidan visited other booths as well.

It should be noted that at the “IDEF 2025” fair, the pavilion set up by the “Azersilah Defense Industry Holding” Joint Stock Company, under the Ministry of Defense Industry (MDI), showcases products from official delegations of the MDI and Ministry of Defense, as well as from companies such as “MIRAS,” “Q-STP,” “Synapline,” “USH Group,” “RD Smart,” and “Improtex.”

A total of 131 defense-related products are on display at the fair, including various types of firearms, close-combat weapons, mortars, ammunition of different calibers, unmanned aerial vehicles, and more — all produced at MDI facilities.
