“Azerbaijan always stands for substantive talks"

“Azerbaijan always stands for substantive talks in the conflict resolution process which must result in the comprehensive agreement,” told spokesperson of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry commenting on American co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick’s statement.

“Unfortunately, Armenia through the last years ran away from substantive talks, continued its provocative actions to escalate the situation and tried to keep the status quo by all means.

Today everyone understands that it is the leaders of Armenia who oppose to bring the peace, stability and prosperity to the region,” said Hajiyev.
