"Azerbaijan Airlines" (AZAL) airline company will expand its aircraft fleet with four new modern "Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner" airliners.
Axar.az was informed about this by the press service of "Azerbaijan Airlines".
Today, the president of AZAL, Jahangir Askerov, and the president of Boeing Commercial Airplanes, the chief executive officer of the civil aircraft division, Stan Dil, signed a corresponding memorandum of understanding. The signing of the document took place within the framework of the famous Aviation show ("Farnborough International Airshow" - Great Britain) held in Farnborough.
It is planned to bring the mentioned types of aircraft to Azerbaijan in 2025-2030.
