The abolition of the unrecognized "mountainous Karabakh republic" did not cause a serious reaction among Armenian citizens.
Axar.az reports that this was noted by the correspondent of "RIA Novosti" in Yerevan.
He said that although Samvel Shahramanyan signed a document on the abolition of the so-called regime, there was no reaction to it in Yerevan:
"The situation is stable in the central square of Yerevan, where protests have often been held in recent days. It is also quiet in the surrounding areas. Currently, tourists are walking in the square, and citizens are busy with their work. Police control was strengthened in front of the building of the Cabinet of Ministers, where the actions were held. "Special forces soldiers are standing behind them."
It should be noted that the leader of the separatists, Samvel Shahramanyan, signed a "decree" on the abolition of the so-called regime.
