On November 21, the address of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to the participants of the international conference on "Decolonization: Empowerment of Women and Development" was released as a document of the UN Security Council.

Axar.az reports that Hikmat Hajiyev, assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Department of Foreign Policy Affairs of the Presidential Administration, wrote on the "X" account.
