Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed an order to ensure the implementation of the order of the President of Azerbaijan dated November 28, 2023 "On the establishment of Karabakh University".

Axar.az reports that according to the order, in agreement with the ministries of Justice, Science and Education, Economy, Finance and other relevant state bodies (legal entities of the state) to be determined in the implementation process, the normative legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan "On the establishment of Karabakh University" They should submit their proposals to the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan within two months regarding the adaptation to the Decree No. 4182 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated November 28, 2023.

Those institutions should prepare a draft of the University's charter and submit it to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan within one month.

Also, the Ministry of Finance, in agreement with the Ministry of Science and Education and other relevant state bodies (legal entities of the state) to be determined in the implementation process, will submit its proposals on financing the activities of the University to the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan within one month.
