After the entry into force of the Memorandum of Understanding, the designated President (President-Designate) of the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29), the 19th session of the Meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol and the 6th session of the Meeting of the Parties to the Paris Agreement shall implement its provisions. should ensure its implementation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan should send a notification to the Secretariat of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, the Kyoto Protocol and the Paris Agreement that the domestic procedures necessary for the entry into force of the Memorandum of Understanding have been completed.
