Leyla Aliyeva, Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, founder and head of IDEA (International Dialogue for the Protection of the Environment) Public Union, "Fighting for International Nautical Species" (FINS) within the framework of the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29) ) visited the initiative's pavilion. The pavilion is dedicated to the importance of protecting marine life, as well as increasing international efforts in this field.

Axar.az reports that Leyla Aliyeva participated in the screening of the documentary film "Seaspiracy" as part of a series of events held at the FINS pavilion.

The film provides information on the impact of the fishing industry on the environment, ecosystems and marine animals, and highlights the opportunities created by sustainable fisheries.

At the end of the event, Isabella Cavalletti, head of the "Seaspiracy" project, answered the questions of the participants.
