As reported earlier, the Embraer 190 aircraft of Azerbaijan Airlines, operating flight J2-8243 from Baku to Grozny, crashed 3 km near the city of Aktau.

Axar.az reports that a new video before the crash shows the pilots' efforts to control the situation.

The pilots fought to land the plane until the very end, managing to ascend a few times. However, these attempts were unsuccessful, and the plane crashed onto its wing near the shore.

It is reported that there were 62 passengers and 5 crew members on board. As of now, 28 people have survived and have been hospitalized.
