The British Embassy in Azerbaijan has expressed condolences regarding the mine incidents that occurred in the Aghdam and Jabrayil districts.

Axar.az reports this was shared on the embassy's X account.

"United Kingdom has supported work of brave men & women on mine action in Azerbaijan since 2020 alongside ANAMA and the UN Development Program, including risk education and assistance to the victims," the post reads.

It is worth noting that in recent days, due to mine and unexploded ordnance explosions in the liberated areas, one soldier has been killed, and four civilians have been injured.
