Today, the most important part of the III Shusha Global Media Forum is the one where Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev will speak.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Russian political scientist, director of the Institute of Political Studies, Sergei Markov, in his statement to journalists.

He noted that Ilham Aliyev is one of the most experienced leaders of the modern era.

“The leaders of other countries are trying to learn from the President of Azerbaijan,” Markov said.

In addition, Sergei Markov, touching upon the topic of the Shusha Global Media Forum, emphasized that currently, the development of artificial intelligence in Russia is slow:

“The government is taking certain steps towards the development of this area. We are already aware that artificial intelligence promises great prospects for the future.”
