A total of 197 individual houses will be ready in the village of Tazabina in Khojaly by the end of this year.
Axar.az reports that this was stated by Afat Telmangizi, head of the public relations department of the Construction, Reconstruction and Management Service in the Aghdara and Khojaly regions of Khankendi city.
According to him, next year another 159 individual houses are planned to be repaired and restored.
It was reported that work is currently underway to build a modern social infrastructure in the village:
“Thus, a 15.5-kilometer-long 10 kV power line has been repaired and restored, the metering process has begun, an 11.4-kilometer-long natural gas line has been laid, and an existing line of 1.2 kilometers has been restored. A 300-cubic-meter water reservoir and a drinking water network have been repaired, a 16-kilometer-long communication line has been laid, and conditions have been created for subscribers to be covered with landline telephone, internet, and IPTV services. Asphalt has been laid on 3,100 meters of village roads, preparatory work is being carried out to repair and restore the buildings of preschool and general education institutions, and the building intended for an outpatient center and a market is being overhauled. A modern recreation park with an area of one hectare has been created in the village for the effective organization of residents' recreation and leisure time.”
It should be noted that the village of Tazabina is included in the administrative territorial unit of the same name as the Khojaly district. The village was occupied by the Armenian armed forces in 1992. In September 2023, the village was liberated from occupation as a result of anti-terrorist measures carried out by the Azerbaijani Army.
It should be noted that on July 18, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev reviewed the work carried out to restore individual houses and infrastructure in the village of Tazabina, Khojaly.
