My advice to the citizens of Ukraine: never reconcile with the occupation.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev while answering a question from Ukrainian journalist Dmitry Gordon at a meeting with participants of the III Shusha Global Media Forum.

It should be noted that the journalist asked the Azerbaijani President what advice he could give to the Ukrainian people in wartime.

"This was a step we also took. During the negotiation process, I have been involved in this process since the end of 2003, numerous proposals and meetings took place over 17 years. We have been given countless messages that we must come to terms with the realities," the President added.
