CSKA cancels friendly match with Qarabag

Bulgaria’s CSKA club has made an unexpected change to its summer training camp plans.

Axar.az reports that this was announced by the club’s press service.

According to the information, the friendly match scheduled for June 27 in Austria against “Qarabag” has been canceled. The reason for this decision is the possibility that the two teams could face each other in the UEFA Europa League.

If both sides successfully pass the first qualifying round of the Europa League, they could officially meet in the next stage.

It should be noted that Qarabag will travel to Austria on June 22. The team will hold its training camp in the Tyrol region until July 2.
