Ronaldo named Man of the Match after Portugal's win

Cristiano Ronaldo has been named Man of the Match after Portugal’s 5-0 victory over Uzbekistan at the World Cup.

Axar.az reports that the Portugal captain scored twice in the win, helping his team maintain a strong start to the tournament while reaching new career milestones.

Ronaldo became the first player to score in six different FIFA World Cups and matched Eusebio’s record as Portugal’s leading World Cup goalscorer with nine goals.

At 41, Ronaldo continues to play a key role for Portugal, adding another individual honor to his historic World Cup campaign.
