New football club founded in Azerbaijan

A new football club has been founded in Azerbaijan.

Axar.az reports that the club, named Caspian, was established by Asiman Jafarli.

He brought together amateur football players to build the new team.

The club is based in Baku and currently has around 50 members.

It should be noted that Asiman launched the project through a social media post titled I’m building a football club from scratch, and has since continued developing it.

The club does not currently have any financial backing.
