Neftchi loses first friendly in Slovenia

Neftchi played its first pre-season friendly during its training camp in Slovenia.

Axar.az reports that Yuri Vernydub's side faced CFR Cluj. The match ended in a 2-1 victory for the Romanian club, with Bassala Sambou scoring Neftchi's only goal.

It should be noted that Neftchi will face Partizan (Serbia) on July 6, Radnicki Nis (Serbia) on July 10, and Osijek (Croatia) on July 13.
