Azerbaijan beats Luxembourg in EuroBasket qualifier

The Azerbaijan men's national basketball team played its latest game in the EuroBasket 2029 preliminary qualifiers.

Axar.az reports that Azerbaijan faced Luxembourg away from home in its fifth Group A match.

The game ended with a 76-74 victory for Azerbaijan.

It should be noted that the win lifted Azerbaijan to seven points, leaving the team in third place in Group A. North Macedonia leads the group with 10 points, Luxembourg is second with seven, while Ireland is fourth with six.
