Azerbaijan wins medal at U-19 European Championship

Azerbaijan's national boxing team has won another medal at the U-19 European Championship in Loznica, Serbia.

Axar.az reports that, according to the Azerbaijan Boxing Federation, Ali Bakhishov added the latest medal to the team's tally.

The boxer, competing in the 60 kg category, finished the tournament with a silver medal.

Thus, Azerbaijan has won one silver and one bronze medal at the European Championship, which featured 354 boxers from 35 countries. Before Bakhishov, Banuchichak Nasirli (48 kg) finished third.
