Bayern Munich beat Dortmund 2-1 to win Supercup

Bayern Munich defeated Borussia Dortmund 2-1 at Signal Iduna Park to win the Franz Beckenbauer Supercup.

Axar.az reports, citing Sky Sports, that Nathaniel Brown opened the scoring in the 28th minute before Michael Olise doubled Bayern's lead in first-half stoppage time.

Dortmund pulled one back in the 75th minute through substitute Fabio Silva, whose shot took a deflection.

Bayern held on for the victory despite late pressure from the hosts. Dortmund's Rami Bensebaini was sent off in the 90th minute, while Maxi Beier missed a clear chance to equalise in stoppage time.

The victory gave Bayern their first trophy of the season, with Harry Kane also lifting his first Franz Beckenbauer Supercup.
