Real Madrid intend to sign Manchester United player JJ Gabriel.

Axar.az reports that the Madrid club is close to reaching an agreement to sign the 16-year-old forward.

The report says Real are prepared to meet the financial demands of both the player and the English club. The transfer is expected to cost around €15 million. Gabriel was previously reported to have demanded an annual salary of at least €1 million.

It should be noted that Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain have also shown interest in the 16-year-old forward. However, Real Madrid have made progress in the transfer negotiations.

JJ Gabriel remains registered with Manchester United. He has officially expressed his desire to leave the club with his family following disagreements over his role in the first team.
