The match between Galatasaray and AZ Alkmaar, which was scheduled to be held today as part of the second leg of the Europa League play-off round, may be postponed.

Axar.az reports that Turkish media outlets have reported on this.

According to the information, the match is likely to be postponed due to harsh and snowy weather conditions in Istanbul.

The club is continuing work at the Rams Park stadium to host the match. Wanting to protect the newly installed hybrid grass, Galatasaray held its pre-match training session with AZ Alkmaar at the Florya Metin Oktay Tesisleri.

It is reported that if the match is postponed, it will be held tomorrow. If there are no favorable conditions for the match tomorrow, the match will be held next week.
