Bayern confirms Muller's farewell game in July

Bayern Munich has responded to the statement made by 35-year-old midfielder Thomas Muller on his social media account that he will leave the club at the end of the current season.

Axar.az reports that the club's statement stated that Muller will play his last game for Bayern in July:

"Germany's record holder Muller will celebrate his career with his farewell game. It has also been decided that the double treble winner and world champion will play his last games for Bayern at the Club World Cup in the United States from June 15 to July 13."

It should be noted that T. Muller has been playing for Bayern since 2000. During this time, the midfielder has played 743 games in all tournaments, scored 247 goals, and made 273 assists. Muller became the German champion 12 times and the winner of the Champions League twice with the Munich team.
