Axar.az reports that the minister announced that he will donate all his organs during a meeting held within the framework of Organ Donation Week at the administrative building of Bilkent City Hospital in Ankara.

"This is not only a good deed, but also to give life to another person," said K. Memishoghlu.

The minister's statement caused various reactions on social networks. Some users evaluated this step as an example of civic responsibility, while others said that such a decision was not in accordance with Islamic norms.
