Turkiye commissions advanced 'Hızır Reis' submarine

Today, the "Hızır Reis" submarine has been commissioned in Turkiye.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

“Today, we are commissioning our 'Hızır Reis' submarine, which, with its air-independent propulsion system and advanced sonar capabilities, will serve as a national guardian of the silent depths. In addition, our newly commissioned landing ship, Ç-159, will serve both in military operations and in humanitarian missions during peacetime in stormy waters,” Erdogan said.
