US State Dep. shares violence in Iran - Video

The US State Department released footage showing Iranian police using violence against protesters.

Axar.az reports that the Persian-language X account of the US State Department shared footage showing Iranian police opening fire on unarmed protesters.

“When a regime needs weapons to confront unarmed people, this is not strength, but fear and cowardice,” the post said.

The department added that true strength and determination lie with unarmed protesters, whose peaceful demonstrations stand against violence.
