American billionaire Elon Musk has said that the global balance of power is shifting.
Axar.az reports, citing Teleqraf, that Musk referred in a social media post to International Monetary Fund (IMF) statistics on the countries contributing most to real global GDP growth.
“The balance of power is changing,” Musk wrote.
According to IMF data for 2026, China accounts for 26.6% of global GDP growth, India 17%, the United States 9.9%, Indonesia 3.8%, and Turkiye 2.2%. The Asia-Pacific region makes up roughly half of total real global GDP growth.
