Macron and Syrian President discuss regional stability

A telephone conversation took place between Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa and French President Emmanuel Macron.

According to the information, the parties discussed efforts to promote development and stability in the region.

During the discussion, the comprehensive agreement reached between the Syrian government and the SDF terrorist group was also discussed. Macron expressed his support for the agreement and stressed the importance of its implementation in a way that ensures the unity and sovereignty of Syria.
