Iran summons EU ambassadors over IRGC terror listing

Iran said Monday it had summoned all of the European Union ambassadors in the Islamic Republic to protest the bloc’s listing of the paramilitary Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a terror group.

Axar.az informs, citing AP, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei told journalists that the ambassadors had been summoned on Sunday.

The EU listed the IRGC as a terror group last week over its part in the bloody crackdown on nationwide protests in January.
