Fire breaks out at western Tehran bazaar -

A large fire has broken out at a local marketplace at the intersection of Niayesh and Jannatabad in Tehran.

Axar.az reports, citing Tasnim, the fire occurred in a 2,000-square-meter warehouse filled with numerous stalls and various businesses.

Tehran Fire Department spokesman Seyed Jalal Maleki told Tasnim News Agency that blaze is so extensive it can be seen from different parts of the city.

Firefighters are currently working to extinguish the fire, and no casualties have been reported so far.
