5.5-magnitude earthquake hits Tokat in Turkiye - Video

A 5.5-magnitude earthquake struck the Niksar district of Tokat province in Turkiye, according to the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority.

Axar.az reports, citing AFAD, the earthquake occurred at 03:35 local time at a depth of 6.37 kilometers.

The tremor was felt in many surrounding provinces, including Tokat, Samsun, Corum, Amasya, and Sinop.

No damage or casualties have been reported.
