Axar.az reports, citing NBC, the parties also agreed that Iran should not be allowed to dictate Lebanon’s future and discussed limiting its influence in the country.

The U.S. State Department has also approved $58.8 million in new humanitarian assistance for Lebanon to support displaced people, with funding directed toward food, water, shelter, and emergency response needs in conflict-affected areas.

It should be noted that the meeting between Israeli and Lebanese representatives was held today in the United States.
