Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has arrived in Turkiye to take part in the Antalya Diplomacy Forum.

Axar.az reports, citing TASS, Lavrov’s aircraft landed at Antalya Airport as he begins a working visit at the invitation of Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.

The report states that Lavrov is expected to deliver a speech during a special session of the forum and hold a series of bilateral meetings with foreign counterparts on the sidelines of the event.

It should be noted that earlier, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said during a briefing that Lavrov’s program includes a number of important diplomatic contacts.
