The Trump Organization and its partners will build a new multifunctional skyscraper in Tbilisi.

Axar.az reports, citing Georgian media, the project, named “Trump Tower Tbilisi,” will be a 70-storey building and is expected to become the tallest structure in the capital.

The complex is planned as a multifunctional center, combining luxury residential units, commercial spaces, hotel-style facilities, high-end restaurants, and leisure areas.

The project is being developed in partnership with Georgian companies including Archi Group and Biograpi Living, as well as the Sapir Organization.

According to the article, Eric Trump, said that the Tbilisi development will bring the company’s globally recognized standards to Georgia.

It should be noted that the Trump Organization is a private international conglomerate operating mainly in real estate, hospitality, golf courses, and branded licensing projects.
